I made these hair bows for our wedding, for the flowergirls.
What you’ll need:
- Ribbons – one wider than the other works best.
- Hair clip – $2 shops sell these
- String of beads
- Accessories
- Scissors
- Hot glue gun
- Lighter
How to make them:
- Cut the ribbons. The wider one needs to be longer. How much depends on how you want your finished size.
- Burn the ends with the lighter.
- Fold the ends of the wide ribbon in to the middle. Using your hot glue gun, glue them in place.
- Do the same with the thinner ribbon.
- Hot glue the smaller ribbon in the middle of the larger ribbon.
These are gorgeous!!! Thanks for sharing the easy to follow tutorial!!!
Thank you Pam. They are very simple, yet look very effective. We had a lot of compliments on them.
Congratulations on getting married! I loved seeing all your preparations and your white/blue theme is very pretty and spot on for a winter wedding. We also did a lot of our wedding preparations and it was so much fun.
Thank you π It was a lot of hard work, but so much fun!
hmmmm, nice! maybe I could try this one of this days or in the future.. hehehe

This is very helpful. Too bad I don’t do wedding coordination now but still I can use this maybe soon or maybe in my own wedding day…Yeah!
Visiting from WW.
It was very easy, so is a good thing to remember for anything!! I did one the other day just for my girl to have a co-ordinating one for a dress she wears!
That’s a great idea! A personal touch on such memorable occasion π Thanks for sharing this. I don’t have a daughter but I definitely need this for a friend’s daughter’s upcoming 7th birthday.
