Following the diet, today was day 2.
Day 2
Eat SOUP and all the FRESH VEGETABLES that you want. Nothing else. (no corn or beans).
I basically didn’t eat today, I just wasn’t hungry. I ended up out for lunch with a friend, so had 4 pieces of sushi for lunch, as I figured that wasn’t so bad calorie wise.
Dinner I had parsnips, carrots and kumera, mashed with a little butter (but not much) and little cheese on top. It was nice.
Day 1 started at 83.3kg.
Day 2 started at 82.6kg.
Day 3 started at 81.8kg.
That’s a loss after 2 days of 1.5kg (3.3 pounds).
