The Elephant is in central Howick at the top of Moore Street.
We had satay chicken kababs, cashew chicken and marinated lamb. All the dishes were excellent.
The restaurant was noisy and busy, but generally pleasant. The waiting staff tried to be helpful and friendly, but the language barrier was a bit of an issue. I asked about the drinks menu and after three attempts decided to stick to water.
Generally a nice restaurant with really good food.
