We arrived at this cafe (from the entertainment book of course) on New Years morning to discover it is actually a superette with a small cafe area. We considered finding somewhere better but decided it would do.
I was so wrong. It was excellent. The service was friendly, prompt and polite. The prices were very reasonable. The food was terrific. All this right on the marina!
I guess if you are after gourmet food, this isn’t the place, the food was quite basic but it was so well done.
I can’t put my finger on it but for some reason my bacon (with no fat), perfectly fried eggs, toast with butter and jam, sausage and hash brown seemed really good.
My breakfast was only $12 plus about $3 for a coffee. I would definitely recommend this place if you are after a simple yet delicious brunch.
