Following the diet, today was day 3.
Day 3Eat SOUP and BOTH FRUIT & VEGETABLES, all you want. Nothing else.
Awful day today. Mentally crashed. Tomorrow is a better day.
Day 1 started at 83.3kg.
Day 2 started at 82.6kg.
Day 3 started at 81.8kg.
Day 4 starts at 81.8kg
That’s a loss after 3 days of 1.5kg (3.3 pounds).
Wow that's intense! How did you find just eating soup and fruit and vegies? I would have been super hungry!
That's the really odd thing, because you can have the soup whenever you want, there is no reason to be hungry, you know? It's not bad at all! And so far the weight is coming off, so happy so far!!
Way to go!
Thank you, hard work, but if it gets some flab off, it'll be all worth it!
