The cast came off today. It doesn’t look so good, he’s on antibiotics for another week, and daily dressing changes, as it’s infected. Another xray tomorrow as well.
Kindy are going to do nice quiet mat times this week, as there are hardly any kids there, so I can take him in for an hour each day, and stay with him. We have to be very careful still to keep it dry and not knocked – even harder now it’s not in the cast!
He is very brave, giggling as they took the cast off, and appears to have no pain!
