Pocketbook Slippers in the round

 

Size 4.5mm needles (either 2 circulars, or magic loop with 1)

12 ply yarn (I used 8ply and 4 ply held together)

Method:

Using Judy’s Magic Cast On, cast on 88 stitches.

Knit in K2P2 rib for 3 inches.

Next round K2TOG for the whole round.

*Now, using only half the stitches, SSK, then K the rest of the row. Continue working back and forth until 5 stitches remain on that needle.

Knit 6 rows and hold stitches.*

Reattach yarn on other half of stitches and repeat from * to *

Kitchener two straps together.
