As the happiness drains out of the body
a dead corpse is left just sitting there
an empty shell full of loneliness
the once smiling face
now sad and closed
the body portraying a message
“leave me alone”
the need for acceptance has disappeared
the tears that would normally have been streaming
down the face
have been swallowed by the fear of being hurt
human feelings have been buried deep
wickedness and hate have taken over
no one can break through the inhuman exterior
but inside I’m pleading
please
help me
