The "I’m-too-fat" Diet Day 1

I don’t remember where I first saw this diet, but have decided to try and give myself a boost start to weight loss. I have been the same weight now since my girl was born in 2007. That’s a long time to be the same weight. A lot of it for me is that I have some medical issues, diabetic, hypo-thyroidism, to top the list.So Day 1 started at 83.3kg.

Day 2 started at 82.6kg.

So 0.7kg loss on the first day. Wasn’t hungry until night time, and really didn’t feel like soup then. Soup is very yummy.

This diet I believe is a version of the Sacred Heart Diet.

SOUP Ingredients

Soup to be eaten ALL DAY as much and as often as you can.
2 – 11oz. cans chicken noodle soup (Campbell Healthy)
5 stalks of celery (diced)
1 lb. pack frozen string beans
4 carrots (diced)
4 potatoes (diced)
½ green pepper (diced)
2 onions (diced)

Day 1

Eat SOUP and all the FRESH FRUIT that you want. Nothing else. (no bananas)
Day 2
Eat SOUP and all the FRESH VEGETABLES that you want. Nothing else. (no corn or beans).
Day 3
Eat SOUP and BOTH FRUIT & VEGETABLES, all you want. Nothing else.
Day 4
Eat SOUP all day and 3 BANANAS. 1 GLASS OF SKIM MILK. Nothing else.
Day 5

“Follow the daily plan for 2 consecutive weeks, then take the following week off. You can repeat the cycle for as long as you like or until you achieve your weight loss goal.”

I like the sound of this. I need to kick start my summer weight loss and this looks super (wow I just made a pun haha Souper!) I like structure to diets and this has plenty of that.

The soup is really yummy, the kids all had it and liked it too! It's also easy to stay full, you can eat as much soup as you like.
And yes, your joke was souper 😉
