Master D fell off the bunk while climbing up the ladder to get into bed. He fell backwards and hit his hand on the dresser. Put ice on it and so forth, but he went to sleep without any trouble, so wasn’t concerned about it.
In the morning he comes to me and says it’s still sore, it was slightly swollen but nothing much, so raced off down so that we would be there first at the door when they opened.
Doc checked it and said that it was broken, he was 99% sure, so we went off for an xray. It was broken 🙁
It’s in a half cast cos of swelling for now, and going into a real cast on Monday – he’s picked blue.
Blue seems to be the popular choice!
The funny bit was, when he actually went in to get it done, he picked red! Cos it matched his school uniform! I thought that was great LOL
