Exercising? Me?!

Well I’m working hard! I’ve done 4 days in a row of exercise. That’s right, 4 days!! That’s amazing for me LOL I am really proud.

Day 1 : 30 Mins cycling
Day 2: 22 Mins cycling
Day 3: 20 Mins cycling
Day 4: 45 mins walking

I am feeling good, and motivated. My goal is 30 mins 3 times a week, so i’m quite happy with where i’m at in my goal.
