Really disgusted with The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand. I was doing a course end of last year, and applied for a transfer. I got an acceptance email for transfer on 16 Mar 2010 saying yes I can be transferred (but no date as to when).
So I contact them on 4 May 2010 and ask when I’ll be starting the course – no answer.
I contact them again yesterday and get a response saying they sent me a letter on 18 Mar 2010 saying that I could do it first trimester – IE THE TRIMESTER WAS ALREADY ALMOST HALF OVER WHEN THEY SENT THE LETTER?
They are refusing to let me complete the course, unless I re-enroll and pay again 🙁
