We contacted this company through their website, Events Auckland Party Hire. We asked for a quote on chairs and tables. We got an emailed response.
A day later we emailed back asking if they also did tableclothes. We got an emailed response.
We contacted them a day after that, and said:
Hi,My apologies, the event has been cancelled, please cancel this booking.Regards
We got a response from them:
AFTER SO MANY PHONE CALL AND EMAIL CANCEL THIS BOOKING,NOT HELPFULL
Honestly. After a few emails, and no phonecalls, and letting them know 3 weeks out from the event (and only 3 days after first contacting them), I am disgusted with this level of service and English. I would never use them, nor recommend them to anyone.

They provided the equipment for my Father’s 70th and admittedly it the equipment arrived but not after pushing for a time and then being told last minute that the time of drop off after booking 3 months in advance.
There customer service is shocking and there communication skills is terrible and English is obviously a second language.
You have to be really vigilant with them and be demanding and don’t back down. It took them 4 weeks for a refund after we reduced our numbers from a prepaid account they offered no apologises only plenty of rubbish excuses.
I’m thankful I will never deal with these people ever again and I’m spreading the word that they are the worst for party hire. Don’t do it!
