Got woken up during the night to screaming and yelling from the neighbours, clearly a domestic in the street, and clearly violet. Rang the police and a little while later it went quiet.
A time after that we were woken by a knock on the door. Turns out the man had held the woman up against our car and kicked it – bloody good damage. Of course, the cops don’t know who did it. And our insurance is at a 1k limit – so no point in claiming. Sigh.
