I wake with bad pains in my back, they are 3 mins apart. I am contracting! I call the nurse. The Doc comes to look, I am 3cm dilated. He breaks my waters. Contractions come fast after this, and pain is so much worse. Nurse gives me gas to use. I ask her to call Daddy and tell him to come.
