He’s held my hand
stroked me tenderly
kissed my lips in a fleeting moment
and cared for me in such a beautiful way
and still he doesn’t see?
Can’t he see how much I want
and need him in my life?
Is he just playing?
Or is this for real?
Doesn’t he see what I’m feeling?
Can’t he see the way he affects me?
Is he blind?
